Frequently Asked Questions

Why is renovation and expansion necessary?

The Clubhouse is the core of our club where members gather and connect. Over time, needs changed, but facilities haven’t kept pace, limiting the experience.
Key issues include:
• Insufficient Space—Overcrowding and minimal space for families.
• Kitchen and Operational Efficiency—Layouts slow operations, increase staff demands, and restrict services.
• Member Experience—Outdated finishes, crowded areas, and limited amenities hinder satisfaction, alongside aging infrastructure.
• Future Growth—Modernizing meets future demand, adapts to expectations, and keeps us competitive, allowing a focus on the golf course.

The golf course will stay open, with the golf shop operating with temporary facilities. The plan utilizes the racquet courts as the primary area, supported by a semi-permanent tent featuring air conditioning, restrooms, and food services. We also plan to use the pool seasonally and handle golf from the Golf Learning Center.

Some areas will be temporarily closed during construction. You will receive updates ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.

Pending Board approval, voting members (golf members), as defined by the By-laws, will vote on the project in early September.
