Mara has practiced design for more than 18 years, and is equally capable as an architect and interior designer. Growing up as a private club member, she had a firsthand understanding of the pivotal role that Club life plays for member families. She is passionate about club design and brings a high level of engagement and energy to the design process. Mara is skilled at deploying advanced technology to ensure projects are precisely coordinated and all team members are on the same page. Her excellent communication skills ensure that client input is heard and her passion for collaboration has helped build consensus on some of Deca’s toughest projects. Her enthusiasm and engaging leadership style has driven many of Deca’s most successful projects.
