Paul has more than 20 years of civil engineering experience and 5 years of actual construction experience, with a proven track record of successful project management. Paul has lead teams of various disciplines of engineers, technical staff, and sub-consultants. Paul has worked on educational, commercial, industrial, and residential projects focused within a 90-mile radius of the Tri-Cities. Prior to starting the firm in 2015, he worked as a civil group manager for another local A-E firm for 6 years and in California for 6 years prior to that.
